Whilst NPS Shoes Ltd makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its start and finish times which may be delayed by any number of factors beyond NPS Shoes Ltd control. NPS Shoes Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change any factory visit or advertised schedule.

NPS Shoes Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, loss or damage to persons or property, inconvenience, delay, or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, mechanical problems or other cause or condition pertaining to your NPS Shoes Ltd visit.

Prices for the tour are subject to change without notice. NPS Shoes Ltd is not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Tickets are non- refundable. Places are on a first booked, first served basis.

NPS Shoes Ltd reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the tour price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or fails to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to visitors to the factory. If you witness disorderly conduct or suspect a problem with a fellow visitor please notify your tour guide.

By confirming your booking, you hereby consent to NPS Shoes Ltd.’s factory tour, use of your voice, image or likeness incidental to any video and/or audio-recorded program or photograph of the tour for all purposes without compensation to you.

Any person under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult always.

The use or consumption of alcohol products is strictly prohibited on the tour, Smoking is prohibited on the premises of NPS Shoes Ltd.

The use of cameras, video recorders, mobile phones and any other equipment for recording is prohibited on the tour.
