RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We operate a 30 day worldwide return & exchange policy. Please note, returns are at the cost of the customer.

To qualify, items must be returned unworn, in resalable condition and complete with all undamaged packaging.

We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. 
You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your return. Exchanges are processed upon receiving your return and dependant on stock availability.
Please allow 7 working days from your confirmation for funds to be issued to your original payment method .
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please ensure the correct documentation is provided to clear customs including stating the internal contents and marking
your parcel as a return. If the relevant information is not provided, customs may delay or prevent the parcel from being returned.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During sale or seasonal peak periods, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
Please note, orders cannot be processed during factory closures which include Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
Orders placed during this time are processed the next working day.

Due to third party factors, delivery timescales are based on approximations. If you have ordered multiple items where stock
delays are experienced, your goods may be delivered in instalments. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
