RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
As the situation caused by COVID-19 continues to evolve on a daily basis, we have amended our Returns & Exchanges policy during this difficult time to allow our customers to return products when they are able to outside of the 30 day returns policy. This is effective as of the 17th March until further notice.
To qualify for a return or exchange, it is essential our Returns Form (accessible via the below link) is completed within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Once we have approved your claim, you will receive an email containing the relevant address to send your items back to at your earliest convenience. This does not need to be within the 30 day period. Please make sure you include your name, order number and any further information with your return or exchange to help up process your claim.
Collect+ returns are FREE for all our online UK orders, a label will be sent to you once your return has been approved. For all other orders, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Footwear must be returned unworn, in resalable condition and complete with all undamaged packaging.
Please note, due to this difficult climate, there may be delays in processing exchanges and refunds.
