RETURNS, DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SERVICE

As the situation caused by COVID-19 continues to evolve on a daily basis, we would like to keep our customers informed and updated of our plans as a small business.

Our website remains fully operational. We will continue to accept and ship orders placed online until further notice.
All physical stores will remain closed until further notice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have amended our Returns & Exchanges policy during this difficult time to allow our customers to return products when they are able to outside of the 30 day returns policy.
This is effective as of the 17th March until further notice. 

To qualify for a return or exchange, it is essential our Returns Form is completed within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Once we have approved your claim, you will receive an email containing the relevant address to send your items back to at your earliest convenience. This does not need to be within the 30 day period. Please make sure you include your name, order number and any further information with your return or exchange to help up process your claim.

Please note, all returns for refund or exchange are at the cost of the customer and must be returned unworn, in resalable condition and complete with all undamaged packaging.
Please note, due to this difficult climate, there may be delays in processing exchanges and refunds..

DELIVERY

Please note, there may be delays with dispatch and delivery of orders due to lock-down restrictions in certain locations which are beyond our control. Please allow some patience, we will ship your orders as soon as we are able to. If we are not able to dispatch your purchase for any reason, we will contact you directly to inform you.

STORES

Our Wollaston Factory shop, Northampton Store and London stores will be temporarily closing. Our shop doors may be closing however our online store will remain open as usual.

Where applicable, please include order numbers, images, sizes and as much information as possible to help us respond to your requirements efficiently.
